Director & Pioneer
Natalie Lenton
Creator of The Lenton Method®
One day a little dog came into my life, changed my world, exploded open my heart, and made me a better person. And everything changed.
If you're reading this, chances are you have your own story about how your dog has rocked your world too, and that's what has bought you here.
In 2006, I set up CMTC which became my life-purpose. Why? Because our dog's give us their world and through the art and skill of canine massage, we can help you give back to theirs.
Whether you're looking for self-interest courses, a career change or a therapist for your own dog, you're in the right place.
If you're looking to cut corners and do things as fast and as easy as possible we probably aren't the right company for you to work with. But if you are seeking canine centred knowledge that leads to wisdom, an authentic approach with integrity and science-backed education powered by heart, you're in the right place. Welcome, to you and your dog, a new chapter starts here.

"I teach on the Diploma as well as running 1 day workshops for owners. I love to train people in canine massage because I see how it changes their relationship with their dog and the dogs they work with. As a clinical educator and therapist my work centres on helping people develop skilled, evidence based touch to transform canine health, movement and connection. It’s more than a job, it’s my passion”
Rachel Harries
"With 20 years as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, seeing the difference Clinical Canine Massage makes to my patients with orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries in the surgery has been a revelation. Teaching this skill to others on the Diploma, and on workshops, and seeing how it transforms their lives and the lives of the dogs they work with using evidence-informed massage techniques makes me proud every single day"
Catherine Ryan
"I was one of Natalie’s first ever students back in 2010, a few years later I became a tutor and I still have to pinch myself to believe that I get to work with so many incredible dogs and owners in the most rewarding career ever! It really is my dream job and now I get to help others achieve their dreams too. Running a successful clinic from home and from a holistic veterinary surgeons practice means I’ve helped thousands of dogs over the years and my passion is helping bring that into other peoples lives"
Jenny Oliver
I first got involved with CMTC after Natalie treated my heart dog Jasper. I now run the operational heart of our centre, keeping everything running smoothly so our therapists and students can focus on the dogs. As a keen photographer I also get involved with documenting some of the student days sometimes and you’ll see some of my work right here on this site!
